Very few people know this, but Jeannie's first love was Lurch. It wasn't mentioned because of the adverse publicity it would have caused. She was actually seeing both Lurch and Major Nelson at the same time.

When we asked Lurch to comment about this, he simply uttered something approximating a low, guttural growl.
